    Nonprofit churches, schools and ministries can take advantage of a 10'x10' outdoor space with one 6' table and two chairs. (Must have a registered 501c3 nonprofit status). Bring your own tent and decorations to promote your organization and celebrate the season!

Vendor Setup

Vendors will set up on December 19th starting at 9:00 AM. Bring tents, table covers, banners, and festive decorations.

WiFi

WiFi will be available to vendors at no additional cost.

Overnight Security

Overnight security will be available. Please pack up valuables daily; event is not responsible for unsecured items.

Parking is free, and pets are welcome on leash.

Answers to the most common questions about Christmas JoyPark

  • 5:00 – 10:00 PM daily.

  • Christmas JoyPark is a rain-or-shine event. In case of severe or unsafe weather conditions, certain activities may be delayed, modified, or canceled for guest safety.

  • Each vendor space includes a 10’×10’ area, one 6’ table, and two chairs. General Wi-Fi, lighting, and on-site security are provided.

  • Yes, Wi-Fi will be available to vendors at no additional cost.

  • No. Vendors are encouraged to bring a small space heater to keep themselves warm (please use safely and according to manufacturer instructions).

  • General lighting is provided. If you need an additional electrical connection, the cost is $100 per day. Vendors must bring a 25-foot or longer cable to reach the power outlet and ensure all cables are in good condition.

  • No permits are required unless you are a food vendor.

  • Yes, overnight security is provided, but vendors are advised to secure their items each night. Christmas JoyPark is not responsible for items left unsecured inside vendor tents overnight.

  • Vendor set-up begins on December 19th at 9:00 AM.

  • The event is entirely outdoors. No tents will be provided to vendors. Vendors are encouraged to bring their own tents, table covers, and banners to make their space inviting.
