Vendor Types and Pricing

Merchandise & Service Vendors (For Businesses, Craftspeople, For Profit Schools, Banks and other Service Providers) $599 This option provides one 10'×10' space for service vendors promoting their business as well as merchandise vendors selling manufactured goods such as household items, jewelry, toys, clothing, Christmas decorations or religious goods. The space comes with one 6' table and two chairs. Tent and heating are not provided. Vendors are encouraged to bring their own tent, small space heater, and other festive Christmas decorations to create an inviting atmosphere.
Church and School Vendor (Nonprofit ONLY) $250 Nonprofit churches, schools and ministries can take advantage of a 10'x10' outdoor space with one 6' table and two chairs. (Must have a registered 501c3 nonprofit status). Bring your own tent and decorations to promote your organization and celebrate the season!

Event Setup
The event is entirely outdoors.
No tents will be provided to
vendors. Each vendor will be
provided with a 6' table and two
chairs.

Vendor Setup

Vendors will set up on December
19th starting at 9:00 AM. Vendors are
encouraged to bring their own tents,
small space heater, table covers, banners
and lots of festive Christmas decorations
to make their space inviting.

Electricity
Sufficient lighting will be provided. If you
need additional electrical connection, the cost is $25 per day ($100 total). Vendors will need to bring a 25-foot or longer cable to connect to the power supply outlet. Please make sure all electrical cables are in good condition. and meet safety standards.

WiFi

WiFi will be available to vendors at no additional cost.

Overnight Security
Overnight security will be available. However, vendors are strongly advised to pack up and put away their merchandise at the end of the event each day to secure their items against theft. Christmas JoyPark is not responsible for missing items left unsecured inside vendor tents overnight.
